Willing Vessel Financial Consulting Group was established by Darina Mitchell to help individuals achieve their financial goals and make meaningful life changes that align with their personal vision. Darina earned her MBA in Finance from Post University, several years after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Psychology. The combination of these disciplines inspired her interest in the connection between behavior, mindset, and financial decision-making, leading to her exploration of Financial Psychology.

Through both her professional work and personal experiences, Darina understands how challenging it can be to remain disciplined with money in a world filled with pressure to spend. Her mission is to help individuals shift their mindset, develop healthier financial habits, and make decisions that support long-term stability rather than temporary satisfaction.

In addition to her financial consulting work, Darina writes under the pseudonym D. Amirah, where she explores themes of resilience, faith, personal growth, and overcoming life’s hardships. Her writing reflects her belief that transformation is possible when individuals learn to steward both their resources and their lives with intention. She is also the author of The Harvest is Greater Than the Hardship, a faith-centered book that reflects on resilience, restoration, and finding purpose through life's challenges.
